Our Story

SVPMC was founded in 2021 to give property owners and managers in the Shenandoah Valley a single, accountable vendor for maintenance operations. We handle the work that keeps rental properties running so owners can focus on their portfolio, not the logistics.

Cleaning & Turnovers

Guest-ready turnovers timed to check-in windows. Properties are cleaned, inspected, and reset to standard before each arrival.

Pool & Hot Tub Service

Scheduled chemical testing, cleaning, and maintenance for pools and hot tubs. A written record is kept for each visit.

Repairs & Handyman

Small repairs handled promptly so minor issues don't become larger ones. We document what was found and what was corrected.

Supplies & Restocking

Toiletries, paper goods, and kitchen staples restocked to match your property's exact standard before each guest arrival.

Lawn Care

Year-round exterior maintenance to keep curb appeal consistent across seasons — good for listing photos and guest arrivals.

STR Setup & Consulting

Initial property setup, operational systems, and turnover processes for owners preparing a new short-term rental listing.

How We Operate

Licensed & Insured

Fully licensed and insured in Virginia, carrying general liability and workers' compensation coverage. A Certificate of Insurance is available on request for any property owner or manager.

Documented Service Records

Every service visit is logged. Property owners and managers receive records of what was done, when, and by whom. Documentation supports condition tracking.

Single Point of Contact

One vendor for cleaning, pool service, repairs, lawn care, and restocking. Coordinating multiple contractors for each of these services is an operational burden — we consolidate all of it.
